We love what we do.
There is nothing on our menu that we do not love. All of our food dishes have been tried, tested and perfected. All of our beer selection has been carefully chosen and every single whiskey in our collection has been chosen with the aim of delighting those who sample it.
All of our dishes are freshly prepared by hand daily by our own kitchen team, using only the freshest ingredients.

Individually selected
Every single beer and whiskey has been chosen for a reason. Our whiskey menu explains a little about each whiskey we offer, many of which are not the run-of-the-mill bar whiskey. Our team is also on hand to happily give tips and tasting advice should you want to know more.
The classics and the unexpected
We have put a tremendous amount of thought into the layout and style of our pub, down to the colour scheme, furniture, lamp fittings, quotations, pictures and, well, basically everything. We have tried to make our pub the kind of hang-out that lovers of fine dining, excellent whiskeys and Irish literature would enjoy and feel at home in.
